3. Variable-frequency reducer is adopted at both ends of the equipment, and the intermediate variable-frequency machine is adopted to drive the drive shaft to pull forward and send back, so as to reduce the tension of the transmission device and make the conveyor network belt run.This can save 60% energy, and can reduce the tension of network belt, extend the service life.
4. Conveyor network belt can be selected according to customer product conditions, stainless steel chain network, stainless steel chain board and pp chain board three kinds.Wear-resistant bars can be added on both sides of the conveyor chain network (chain board) to prevent products from being clamped into the chain on both sides of the chain board.
5. The steam heating system is mainly composed of automatic temperature control valve, globe valve, manual fine-tuning valve, temperature sensor, display screen, etc.The equipment adopts steam heating, the water temperature quickly reaches the predetermined temperature, which is conducive to saving energy and reducing noise, and the service life is relatively long.Temperature display instrument can adjust the size of steam, so as to ensure the tank water temperature difference is small, sterilization effect.The temperature sensor can monitor the temperature value in all directions.
6. Water circulation from the discharging end to the feeding end to make the sterilization temperature more balanced, the front of the circulation pump is added with a filtration system to prevent impurities in the tank from being pumped into the pump and circulating in the sterilization (cooling) tank for a long time.
7. The equipment has separate PLC control system, which is easy to operate and maintain.
8. The top of the equipment is equipped with a wet outlet to effectively discharge the heat flow caused by water vapor.
9.
