Brief operation steps:
1.Please place the machine at a work place.
2.Pour moderate water into the material crock .
3.Contect the machine with power,and check if the machine can fuction well ,You can attention the direction of flowing water , Rotate the needle clockwise water out ,rotate the needle anticlockwise the material corck would appe
r air bubble ,If not , you should change the power line .
4.Please clean the whole machine before use.
5.The injection liquid should put into the material crock in advance for reserving .
6.Put the meat or food on the chain ,place the skip car at discharge outlet.
7.Turn on the injection pump then the injection switch .
8.Place the meat or food from discharge inlet uniformly.
9.Clean the machine totally and carefully after injection for next time using.
Notes:
1.Must cut off the power when you need adjust or repair during working.
2.Injection liquid must through the net filter before flower into the material corck , Ohterwise other varia come into the pump or needle head ,the pump and needle head would be broken.
3.Must cut off the power if liquid flow out ,and handle the problem immediatly .
4.Must check if the needle head is blocked or not ,if yes ,should clean up immediatly .
